The Consumer Protection Law regulates the remedies available for disputes arising from the purchase of goods and services. The practice includes legal advice, application preparation and representation.

Consumer Arbitration Committee Applications

• Withdrawal from contract: Return the product and get a full refund
• Price reduction: Request a discount proportional to the defect
• Free repair: Request free repair of the goods
• Replacement: Request replacement with a non-defective equivalent

Distance Sales and Online Shopping

The practice covers rights of withdrawal, return procedures and contractual violations in online purchases and distance sales agreements, including the statutory 14-day withdrawal period where applicable.

Credit and Banking Disputes

We defend consumer rights against banks and financial institutions in matters of consumer credits, credit card disputes, unfair interest practices, administrative fee refunds and insurance cancellations.

Warranty and Service Disputes

Available application routes are assessed for products that malfunction within the warranty period, authorized service issues, warranty coverage disputes and extended warranty disagreements.

Subscription Cancellation and Unfair Billing

We represent our clients in telecommunications, energy and other subscription service disputes involving unfair billing, subscription cancellation difficulties and cancellation fee disagreements.
