Attorney Nihat Paksoy
Nihat Paksoy graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1984.
He worked as an attorney in private practice between 1987 and 1994, then entered the judiciary in 1994. After two years as a public prosecutor, he was appointed as a judge in 1996 and served as a criminal court judge from 1996 to 2011, retiring from the judiciary in May 2011.
Between 2011 and 2025 he served as a notary public, retiring from notary service in June 2025. Since October 2025 he has practiced law from his office in Bahçeşehir, Istanbul.
He is registered on the Turkish Ministry of Justice Registry of Mediators. His UYAP commission record includes voluntary mediation and commercial, consumer, employee-employer, agricultural production contract, co-ownership and other mandatory-mediation file types. Mediation is conducted separately from legal representation in accordance with the principle of impartiality.
